The XVII Open Festival of Orthodox Culture "Pokrovsky Meetings" will be held from May 13 to 24, 2026. Traditionally, the opening of the festival takes place on May 13 at the Bryanchaninov family Estate inPokrovskoye of the Gryazovetsky municipal District is dedicated to the Memorial Day of St. Ignatius (Bryanchaninov).
In the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos S.On Pokrovskoe, the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated. A concert of bands from the Vologda Diocese will be held at the family estate.
The program of the Pokrovsky Meetings Festival in 2026 includes art exhibitions and cultural and educational programs.
As part of the XVII Open Festival of Orthodox Culture "Intercession Meetings" in memory of St. Ignatius Bryanchaninov, on May 14, the XIV Bryanchaninov Readings will be held, which will be attended by cultural and scientific figures, representatives of government agencies, secular and church organizations, and educational institutions.
The topics of the reports and projects are as follows: 
— The spiritual and material heritage of the nobles of the Bryanchaninov family
— The life and work of prominent figures of the Vologda Region
— Estate heritage of the Vologda region
— The memory of the Great Patriotic War in the objects of cultural heritage of the Vologda region
Applications are accepted from April 9th to May 5th.
The readings will be held on the territory of the Bryanchaninov estate in the village of Pokrovskoye, Gryazovets district.
