In addition, Metropolitan Nestor blessed the archpastors and clergy of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Western Europe in connection with the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk near Moscow to hold funeral services for the victims of the terrorist act on March 23 or 24 in all churches and parishes of the Exarchate without exception. "Compassion, mercy, our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who suffered for us and suffers with us, our common prayer — this is the answer to truly satanic, senseless cruelty and inhuman barbarism," Metropolitan Nestor said in his address.
