On April 18, the second round table meeting " Moscow-Jerusalem. Dialogue of religions", organized by His Beatitude Patriarch of the holy city of Jerusalem and all Palestine Theophilus III, chairman of the Supreme Council for religion of the Druze community of Israel Sheikh Muafak tariff, the Government of Moscow and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the state of Israel.
The meeting was attended by the distinguished guests of the forum, including the speech of the head of the Russian spiritual mission, Archimandrite Vassian, revealing the long-standing historical spiritual ties between Russia and the Holy Land, as well as the deputy head of the RGM, Abbot Nikon, on the basic principles on which the Russian Orthodox Church relies in the field of intercultural and interreligious dialogue.

I sincerely thank all of you for praying for me. I know that this prayer is daily, the whole Church prays, and, probably, without this prayer it would be impossible to carry out the Patriarchal ministry. But when they pray for me on this day, a personal day, with which the very appearance of a person in life is connected, then, I think, this prayer is heard by the Lord, and help is poured out on the one for whom they pray. And through those present here, I thank all of you now, my dear bishops, fathers, brothers and sisters, who today, all over the face of our earth, in all the fullness of our Church, have been offering up prayers for the Patriarch.
