The Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission and the St. Demetrius School in Moscow are launching a project to integrate the children of Donbass into the Russian educational space. Subject teachers are required to conduct distance learning.
Teachers with at least 1 year of experience are invited to participate in the project to teach in grades 2-11 in all major school subjects. 
Terms of participation:
• Workload: two lessons per week for one parallel;
• Flexible schedule: classes are held in the afternoon, the time is discussed individually.
Format of cooperation: volunteering or hourly payment (by agreement).
"There are thousands of families with school—age children among the wards of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission. In recent years, many of them have been deprived of the opportunity to fully study due to the fighting, communication disruptions and a shortage of teachers in the field," said Deacon Igor Kulikov, director of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission. — St. Demetrius School has accumulated a lot of experience in distance learning, and we want to scale it up to help children who survived the horrors of war to fill in the gaps in basic subjects. The main link in this process is, of course, the teachers."
The Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission was established by the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church with the aim of coordinating and systematically developing assistance to civilians in the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, as well as providing assistance to wounded servicemen.
There are 12 Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission assistance centers in Donbas, Novorossiya and the border regions, where over 417,000 requests have been processed. More than 4,400 tons of humanitarian aid have been transferred to the victims. More than 8,100 volunteers participated in helping the victims. As part of the project to restore private housing for those in need in the conflict zone, 846 private homes have been restored. Volunteer priests travel in shifts to 45 hospitals in the territory of Donbass, Novorossiya and the border regions. Together with the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service, a service is working to help veterans of the SVR and their loved ones.
