The administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese, Metropolitan Pavel of Manila and Hanoi, paid an archpastoral visit to the Philippines from July 22 to 25, 2026, during which he visited parishes in different provinces of the Republic.
By the decision of the Holy Synod of August 30, 2019, Metropolitan Pavel of Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgut, in addition to fulfilling Bulo's obedience, was entrusted with the administration of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Southeast Asia with the naming of the title within the specified diocese "Manila and Hanoi".
On July 22, the Administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese arrived in Manila, the capital of the Republic of the Philippines. At the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Bishop Pavel was met by Hieromonk Cornelius (Molev), Secretary of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese.
On July 23, Metropolitan Pavel celebrated a prayer service at the Church of the Apostle Thomas under construction in the settlement of Kinabalan on the island of Mindanao, Philippines.
The construction of the temple is nearing completion. Roofing works have been completed on the roof, a dome has been installed. The interior decoration of the household and residential premises, in which the clergyman of the temple and his family already live, continues.
On July 24, Bishop Pavel celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in General Santos on the island of Mindanao.
By decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, Hieromonk Cornelius (Molev), Secretary of the Philippine-Vietnamese Diocese, at the small entrance for his zealous service to the Holy Church He was awarded the right to wear a club.

On the evening of July 25, Metropolitan Pavel was escorted to Manila Airport by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Philippines Mikhail Pavlov.
