On July 31, 2026, an in-person meeting of the Supervisory Board of the institution was held at the Patriot Park Convention and Exhibition Center in Kubinka, Moscow region.
Metropolitan Kirill of Stavropol and Nevinnomyssk, Chairman of the Synodal Department for Cooperation with the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, head of the Synodal Committee for Cooperation with the Cossacks, took part in the council's work.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chief of the Main Military and Political Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Army General V.P. Goremykin, with the participation of representatives of the top leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, public figures and heads of relevant departments.
During the workshop, pressing issues of strategic development and structural reorganization of the country's main military-patriotic center were discussed, including consideration of the park's development concept for the period up to 2035.
It is no coincidence that Metropolitan Kirill joined the park council. It is on this territory that the main temple of the Russian Armed Forces is located. The Church's participation in the strategic management of the complex proves that the development of the main military historical center of the country is based on a solid spiritual foundation, without which the true history of the Russian army is unthinkable.
