Three servicemen confessed and took communion of the Holy Mysteries of Christ at the location of the Rosgvardiya units in Mariupol. The pastoral visit was made by Archpriest Svyatoslav Churkanov, assistant to the chief military priest in the SVO zone for work with the department, and Protodeacon Mikhail Mikhailov.

The clergy met with the personnel of the Citadel riot police, the Spas SOBR, the Department of Non-departmental Security (UVO No. 4) and the Licensing and Licensing Department (FRA).

The pastors held talks with the soldiers about the essence of the church's Sacraments and the importance of fasting in the life of an Orthodox Christian. Addressing the staff, Archpriest Svyatoslav reminded them of the importance of firmly upholding spiritual and moral values and wished God's help in carrying out their military tasks.

Participation in the Sacraments and live communication with a priest give soldiers the inner support they need to perform their service with dignity in all conditions.
