With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, the seventh international charity festival "Your Talents are so needed by the Planet" will be held at the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow on October 21, 2026. Children with disabilities and children from orphanages in Russia and Belarus will perform at the festival together with the stars of Russian theater and cinema — Dmitry Dyuzhev, Dmitry Khrustalev, Diana Gurtskaya, Ksenia Alferova. The presenters will be Priest Pavel Ostrovsky and Tutta Larsen.
The organizers of the festival are the charitable foundation of theater and film actress Evgenia Korotkevich and the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission.
"Many families in Donbas have been living under regular shelling for 12 years, without stable electricity and water. Raising children with disabilities in such conditions is a double feat. The festival "Your talents are so necessary for the planet" will give them the opportunity to escape from difficult everyday life for a short time and become not just spectators, but full-fledged participants in a grandiose event. These impressions will stay with them for the rest of their lives and will undoubtedly support both children and their parents in overcoming life difficulties," says Deacon Igor Kulikov, director of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission.
All funds raised from ticket sales will be used for the activities of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission to help civilians in Donbass.
The charity Russian-Belarusian festival "Your talents are so necessary for the planet" has been held since 2023. More than 5,000 children have participated in the festival over the entire period.
The Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission has been helping civilians in Donbass since 2023. Church assistance centers operate in 12 cities. They have received more than 417,000 requests, and more than 4,400 tons of humanitarian aid have been sent to refugees and injured civilians.
