For the spiritual strengthening of the personnel, every morning begins with a short prayer and taking holy water. To replenish its supplies, at the request of the command, a water prayer service was held. The priests handed over food from residents and volunteers of Alyoshinka village to the defenders. Before the trip, a collection of humanitarian aid was announced at the Vladimir Church. Many parishioners and local residents responded to the call: they prepared and handed over to the soldiers a large number of homemade pastries, cakes and marshmallows for the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord. One of the parishioners, according to the already established tradition, pleased the soldiers with baked chicken, cutlets and pilaf.
