This summer, the Penza Region hosted a plein air for students and teachers of the Penza Art College. The participants of the plein-air painted sketches in the Trinity Women's and Spaso-Preobrazhensky monasteries in Penza, in the Trinity Church of the village of Maksimovka and the Sergius Church of the village of Vladykino in the Kamensky district, in the Mokshan Kazan Monastery, Bogoyavlensky and Mikhailo-Arkhangelsk temples, as well as in the historical center of Mokshan.
Following the results of the plein-airs, a competitive viewing of the works will take place in September with the participation of teachers of the Penza Art College and invited experts. The paintings of the winners of the competition will become part of the exhibition project "Golden Ring of Sursky Krai", which will be exhibited in the Penza region and in the capital.
